We offer organizations two subscription options for our Read&Write for Work software. These are a Group license and an Enterprise license. Regardless of which option you have chosen, you’re already creating a more inclusive workplace and that’s brilliant!

Customers that purchase an Enterprise subscription receive enough Read&Write licenses to cover every single employee.

With an Enterprise package you can be rest assured that all neurodivergent employees have access to tools that help them to thrive.
That’s because it removes the requirement for staff to self-identify as having a need - which can often be a worry. In fact 76% of people with a disability or neurodiverse condition do not fully disclose this at work. By making Read&Write available to everyone, staff that don’t want to self-identify can feel supported too.
We know that it takes on average 3 years for a person to disclose that they have a neurodiverse condition. The number of neurodivergent colleagues we have is higher than we think. That’s why we’ve made Read&Write available to every single colleague.
It also means that 100% of your employees can benefit from tools that help them to understand, work and communicate in the way that suits them best.
This includes those with;
- Low literacy. 54% of US adults are reading below 6th grade level. As many as 1 in 4 UK adults experience challenges due to low literacy skills.
- English as a Second Language. In the US, 67 million speak English as a Second language. In the UK, nearly 8% of people speak English as a Second language.
- Conditions that affect reading and writing. For example, those that may cause visual disturbances or difficulty with working memory. As well as conditions that cause fatigue, that may be impacted further by mental activities.
