Discover our recommended subscription
We offer organizations two subscription options for our Read&Write for Work software. These are a Group license and an Enterprise license. Regardless of which option you have chosen, you’re already creating a more inclusive workplace and that’s brilliant!
We recommend our Enterprise license because it allows you to support every single employee with our inclusion tool. This has many benefits, which we’ve outlined below. You can also discover how to upgrade.
What is an Enterprise license?
Customers that purchase an Enterprise subscription receive enough Read&Write licenses to cover every single employee.

Benefits for your people
With an Enterprise package you can be rest assured that all neurodivergent employees have access to tools that help them to thrive.
That’s because it removes the requirement for staff to self-identify as having a need - which can often be a worry. In fact 76% of people with a disability or neurodiverse condition do not fully disclose this at work. By making Read&Write available to everyone, staff that don’t want to self-identify can feel supported too.
We know that it takes on average 3 years for a person to disclose that they have a neurodiverse condition. The number of neurodivergent colleagues we have is higher than we think. That’s why we’ve made Read&Write available to every single colleague.
It also means that 100% of your employees can benefit from tools that help them to understand, work and communicate in the way that suits them best.
This includes those with;
- Low literacy. 54% of US adults are reading below 6th grade level. As many as 1 in 4 UK adults experience challenges due to low literacy skills.
- English as a Second Language. In the US, 67 million speak English as a Second language. In the UK, nearly 8% of people speak English as a Second language.
- Conditions that affect reading and writing. For example, those that may cause visual disturbances or difficulty with working memory. As well as conditions that cause fatigue, that may be impacted further by mental activities.
In fact, everyone! Regardless of difference, disability or language, every employee should feel that they can bring their full selves to work. From the visual learners to the auditory processors and beyond.
Our goal is to level the playing field for absolutely everybody. It’s ambitious but it’s what we strive for. Inclusive technology supports this goal. Since adding Read&Write to our EY app store, we have an increased demand for it. So we’re currently in the process of adding more licences so that it's available for everybody…”
Benefits for your organization
By making Read&Write available to your entire workforce, the workplace can become a more inclusive place for every single person.
When we feel valued for who we are, we feel happier and can achieve more. In fact, employees who say their company fosters an inclusive workplace are 2.4 times more likely to be proud to work there.
Doing so can also help you to normalize the use of inclusive technology, and celebrate the value of different thinking. This can help you to further demonstrate your commitment to diversity and inclusion. When employees believe their organisation is committed to diversity and they feel included, innovation increases by 83% and team collaboration by 42%.
Are there any extra perks that come with an Enterprise license?
Yes! With an Enterprise license, your people also gain access to:
- Read&Write Free for Family. Each employee can gift Read&Write to members of their immediate family for free. This means that as an employer you’re not only championing inclusion for your employees, but also for the people that matter to them most.
- AutoCorrect. An exclusive feature available to users attached to a Read&Write Enterprise license. As the ultimate writing companion for work, AutoCorrect automatically corrects spellings as employees type, eliminating the need for manual corrections and saving valuable time..

“With Free for Families we will be able to add this to our staff benefits list and support even more employees and their families. I am so excited about this! It will be a massive boost to our staff when we roll out Read&Write for all and will enhance WCC corporate image as an inclusive and caring employer.”
