Use Mathspace with Manipulatives: Base 10 Blocks
There are many shapes and digital manipulatives for students to explore from within Equatio Mathspace. Click on the ‘Shapes’ drawer, and then select ‘More Shapes.’ In the search bar, type in ‘Base’ and choose ‘Base 10 Blocks (3d).’ Then with your mouse, click and drag in the open space to create your 3d blocks. Now, let’s go locate the (2d) offering in the ‘Shapes’ drawer. Open ‘Shapes,’ return to the search bar, and type ‘base’ one more time. Choose the ‘Base 10 Blocks (2d)’ option. Then with your mouse, click and drag in the open space to create your 2d blocks.
