Exciting additions to Read&Write - even more support for students

As a reading and training specialist, Kimberly has conducted 100's of trainings while traveling across the United States and Canada to present on Read&Write features and their applications to enhance learning for all types of learners. After 14 years of middle and high school classroom experience, Kimberly has been working with K-12 and Higher Ed educators on using Literacy Strategies for learning for more than 20 years. She has a BS in Elementary/Middle Education and an MA in K-12 Reading Education.

Michelle is Canada’s Customer Success Executive. Before joining the team at Texthelp over two years ago, Michelle was an elementary school teacher for over a decade in both public and private settings. She is grateful that she is still able to connect with and support educators in her current role! Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling and time spent in the great outdoors.
