How to use the ‘All Students’ report in uPar to support every learner
Are you looking for ways to make the most out of uPar's latest updates? You're in the right place! Our new features are designed to help you easily identify and support each student's unique needs. Here's a simple guide on how to use these updates to enhance your classroom and school.
Step 1: Find Information with Data Filtering
- Navigate to the 'All-Students' report in your uPar dashboard.
- Use the new data filtering options to select specific groups or criteria you're interested in. This could be students who need extra help, those ready for more challenges, or any other group you need to focus on.
- Apply the filter to see the tailored information. This step will help you plan the right support for each student based on their specific needs.
Step 2: Group Students Using Recommendations
- Navigate to the 'All-Students' report in your uPar dashboard.
- Select students based on the recommendations provided by uPar. These recommendations are made to help you understand what each student needs. After clicking the category, notice the slice is outlined and the students that match the recommendation are the only in the list on the left hand side.
- Organize your students into these groups to make it easier to manage and deliver personalized support.
Step 3: Keep Track of Student Engagement
- Check student progress in the ‘All-Students’ report in the uPar dashboard. Here, you can quickly see who has started, not finished, or not begun their assessments.
- Identify students who may need a reminder or extra support to complete their work on uPar. Knowing who hasn't finished or started can help you act quickly to ensure they're not falling behind.
Tips for success
- Regularly check the 'All-Students' report to stay updated on student progress and needs.
- Use the ‘Group Students’ function to efficiently plan interventions and support based on each student's needs.
- Communicate with your students about the importance of completing their assessments in uPar. Encourage them to share any challenges they're facing.
