There are a couple of reasons why some of the features can be greyed out in Read&Write, so you cannot access them. One of them is that if you have been using the 30 day free trial, once the 30 days is over, you can no longer access many of the premium features. The other reason is that you must ensure you are signed in via the toolbar and have entered your product code/licence key to activate the premium features.
