Providing a response in Google Forms using Equatio mathspace in conjunction with using Desmos can be done by following this short sequence. First, click on the blue icon to the right of "Your answer" inside the Google Form. Then, click on the button in the toolbar labeled Insert mathspace. Once inside mathspace, select the Graph Editor. Once Desmos opens, input your math to be graphed. Then select "Insert" in the upper right hand corner and your Desmos graph will display in the form.
