Many Google users have multiple Chrome accounts. To check and see which Google Account Equatio is using, please visit the blue 'Menu' box in the lower left corner. Then Select 'Options', and then the ‘Profile’ button to determine which Google account Texthelp is using to verify your Equatio license. You may also update your role in the product. Then select Save. In order to receive all Equatio premium features, you must be logged into the Google account which has been licensed for the paid for version.
